Massive Deployment of Naval and Coast Guard Ships
Taiwan raised its alert level on Monday as China launched extensive military drills across multiple waterways in the region. Around 90 Chinese naval and coast guard ships have been deployed near Taiwan’s waters, the southern Japanese islands, and across the East and South China Seas. Security officials reported that approximately two-thirds of these vessels are part of the Chinese navy.
